BUNS WITH SESAME SEEDS

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 ml warm milk
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1kg of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black sesame seeds
  • white sesame seeds
  • Bud

PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix the warm milk with the melted butter, sugar and yeast.  Add the flour and salt.  Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
Divide into 4 pieces, let it rise for 5 more minutes.
Make a cut in the chunk compression dough in the middle.  Spread with egg yolk.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
