BUNS WITH SESAME SEEDS
INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml warm milk
- 100g melted butter
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 1kg of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black sesame seeds
- white sesame seeds
- Bud
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the warm milk with the melted butter, sugar and yeast. Add the flour and salt. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.Divide into 4 pieces, let it rise for 5 more minutes.
Make a cut in the chunk compression dough in the middle. Spread with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
