Surprise chocolate pudding
Ingredients
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch Oil for greasing
- Filling:
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of cream fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of chocolate powder
Method of preparation
Sprinkle the gelatin in the water and dissolve in a bain-marie. In a pan, heat the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Mix the gelatin with this cream, let it cool and pour half of it into the greased pan. For the filling, in a mixer, beat the filling ingredients for 2 minutes or until very fluffy. Spread this filling over the cream in the pan, leaving the edges free. Cover with the other half of the cream and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
