SPONGE BRIOCHE BREAD ๐Ÿ˜‹

 Ingredients

  •  400ml milk
  •  2 tablespoons of sugar
  •  7g dry yeast
  •  600g flour
  •  150g melted butter
  •  2 eggs
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  Milk

 Preparation:

 1. In a bowl, mix warm milk with sugar and yeast, and add eggs, flour and salt.  Let the dough rise for 2 hours.

 2. Divide into two pieces, spread each one and spread with melted butter.

 3. Wrap it and make the cuts on it.  Transfer to the baking sheet and let sit for 20 more minutes.

 4. Spread with milk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
