LEFTOVER TURKEY STUFFING BALLS

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon de pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce.
