CHOCOLATE ROSCA π
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200g of sugar
- 245 ml of milk
- 110ml of oil
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 250g flour (all purpose)
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 ml of cream
- 100g chocolate
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the batter into a buttered donut pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
2. Pour the milk over the donut. Allow to absorb and remove from the mold.
3. Prepare the ganache and pour over the donut.
