INGREDIENTS
- 190g of sugar
- 100g butter
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 kg of ricotta
- 1 lemon zest
- 25g corn starch
- 200g of cream
- 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the sugar with the butter.

3. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 150 ° for 60/70 minutes.
4. Beat the cream with the icing sugar.
