OREO CREAM CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • (26 cm diameter mold)
  • 650 gr pastry dulce de leche.
  • 650 gr cream cheese.
  • 200 cc milk cream.
  • 2 packages Oreo cookies.
  • 1 package mini Oreo cookies to decorate.
  • 100 gr pastry dulce de leche to decorate.

PREPARATION:

In a mixer with a lyre attachment, place the cream cheese along with the dulce de leche. Mingle.
Switch from accessory to whisk and pour in the heavy cream. Homogenize the preparation and reserve.
In a 26 cm diameter ring/mold, place an acetate waistband. Assemble your base and outline by placing cookies next to each other.
Pour the preparation and fill.
Freeze for at least 3 hours before unmolding. Decorate as desired.
