MILKY BUNS 😍

INGREDIENTS:

500 gr of flour 0
30 g of sugar
10 gr of beer yeast
70 gr of soft butter
230 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 whole egg
2 yolks with 5 drops of brushing vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

Mix milk with sugar and shredded yeast. Then add the egg and flour. Finally add salt and add butter.

Cover the dough with clear film and let it rest until it doubles.

Then divide the dough evenly and shape your sandwiches. Let them sit for 15 minutes and then brush each sandwich. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 15/20 minutes.
