Fall is here, and what better way to celebrate than with a heavenly cake inspired by classic apple cider doughnuts?

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup apple cider
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3️⃣ In another bowl, combine melted butter, apple cider, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk.
4️⃣ Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 mins.
6️⃣ Allow the cake to cool for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.
