Homemade Pink Marshmallows

Ingredients:

  • 30g of gelatin
  • 120ml of cold water
  • 250g of sugar
  • 100ml of water
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • Icing sugar
  • Cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil

Indications:

1. Mix the gelatin in 120 ml of water.
2. Cook the sugar and another 120 ml of water in a pan.
3. Mix the two mixtures in a bowl and add food colouring, vanilla extract, lemon juice and mix well.
4. Pour the dough into a mold and refrigerate for approximately 3-4 hours.
5. Mix cornstarch, powdered sugar and pour over marshmallows.
