 HOMEMADE CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

• 250 grams of butter
• 300 grams of granulated sugar
• 150 ml of fresh milk
• 500 grams of flour 00
• 100 gr of potato starch
• 15 gr of baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 3 medium eggs
• grains of sugar to taste

Indications:

In the mixer, mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Then slowly add the milk and add the sifted flour, starch and yeast. Then add a pinch of salt, eggs and mix. Pour the mixture into the pan, add the beans and bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20-25 minutes
