EGG BURGER

Ingredients:

  • 800g ground beef
  • 4g of salt
  • 4g pepper
  • 20g of Parmesan
  • 6 eggs
  • Hamburger 'bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • ketchup

Preparation:

1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper.  Add the Parmesan and mix well.
2. Make burgers and place them in a skillet.
3. Press the center of them to make a hole.  Add the eggs in each hole and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
4. Make a sauce by mixing the ketchup and mayonnaise.
