Ingredients

80ml  milk chocolate
100ml  milk
60ml  Oil
8 yolks
80g sugar
120g Cake flour
40g Cocoa Powder
5g baking powder
8egg whites
60g  sugar
Pan size 18x 13cm 7.5cm high
Bake on a  preheated oven
175c 18min

Syrup

30g sugar
50ml water
8g rum

Chocolate whipped cream
110g milk chocolate 54.5% (couverture)
110g heavy cream (to melt the chocolate)
350g cold heavy cream

Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
unsalted butter room temperature 400g
cocoa powder 50g
dark chocolate 130g melted
¾ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
powdered sugar sifted 720g
heavy cream 120ml
