CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 😋

INGREDIENTS

•  250 gr Cantucci (Italian cookies)
•  120 gr of butter
•  300 g dark chocolate
•  500 g cream cheese
•  500 gr of Skyr
•  75 grams of brown sugar
•  12 grams of vanilla sugar
•  1 tablespoon cornstarch
•  3 medium eggs
•  1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

 INDICATIONS:

 1. Blend or mash the cantucci, then mix them with the butter.

 2. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a mold.

 3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

 4. Mix the cheeses with brown sugar and vanilla sugar.

 5. Then add the chocolate, starch, eggs and cocoa.

 6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake at 340°F/170° for 15 minutes.
