CAPRESE AVOCADO TOAST

The most sacrumptious toast and is easy to make! 🤤🍅🥑🥪

Ingredients 🛒

• 2 Ripe Avocados
• 1 Lime
• Salt/pepper
• 2 Ciabatta toasted from one side (inside)
• Mozzarella di Bufala sliced
• Cherry Tomatoes quartered
• Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
• Balsamic Glaze for drizzling
• Olive Oil for drizzling

Method:

Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and mash with a fork. Squeeze lime juice and season with salt/pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado onto toasted bread. Top with mozzarella slices, tomatoes and basil. Season with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
